Case Analysis and Research on the Construction of "Zero Carbon Villages"ZHAO Manli(Liaoning Inspection, Examination & Certification Centre, Shenyang 110036, China)Abstract: This article takes Jiajiadian Farm in Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province as a case study, and provides a detailed descriptionof the basic overview and construction technology model of the pilot project village. It highlights the implementation of clean heatingtechnology model, low-carbon housing technology model, and solar photovoltaic utilization model, and proposes relevantconsiderations from the perspectives of top-level design, establishment of carbon accounting system, and widespread participation offarmers.
