综合上述内外发展两方面的需要,我国紧跟能源转型步伐刻不容缓,又因光伏无需架设输电线路即可发
电供电、建设周期短,以及我国“太阳能资源大国”的地理位置、政策、技术等多重优势,发展光伏产业
推动国内能源结构调整十分有必要。
光伏产能“消化不良”了?
光伏产能过剩的说法由来已久。以光伏产业链上游硅料为例,据公开数据显示,2023 年硅料产能将达
210 万吨,而市场需求预计为 110 万吨,同时预测下游今年装机规模约为 350GW。从数据看,尽管今年第一
季度装机规模超过预期,但出货量也已相应上调为 470GW-500GW。即便如此,当前光伏产业链的产能与终
端需求对比,产能过剩确非空穴来风。
一边是“过剩”声调不断,而另一边,龙头企业却又扩产举措不停,如晶科能源、晶澳科技分别于今年
5 月、6 月公布产能加码计划等。如此怪象,究其原因可从两方面看:

企业拥有更低成本优势的先进产能,“过剩”困扰自然化解。某种程度上,龙头企业持续扩张与内卷的行为
更像“以战去战”,即通过快速扩产优化产能击败竞争对手的产能。
· 其二,随着产能过剩与产能扩张持续,行业内洗牌与重塑势在必然,将促使产业优胜劣汰从最初原材料、
设备、市场“三头在外”,到如今国内光伏各产品在海外的市场占有率已位居世界前列,对比之下,国内市
场仍有较大挖掘与发展潜能。
总结来看,产能过剩只是阶段性的现象,将随着行业洗牌以及国内市场打开逐步消除。
光伏产业难在何处?
在能源革命的声潮中,能源转型的过程是“新”与“旧”、“破”与“立”的交替。光伏产业作为我国
