第 48 卷 第 7 期:2545-2553 高电压技术 Vol.48, No.7: 2545-2553 2022 年 7 月 31 日 High Voltage Engineering July 31, 2022 DOI: 10.13336/j.1003-6520.hve.20220129 2022 年 7 月 31 日第 48 卷 July 多能互补智慧园区能源系统优化运行方法 吴笑民,郭 雨,郑景文,凌在汛 (国网湖北省电力有限公司电力科学研究院,武汉 430077) 摘 要:在当前面临能源转型、电力供应紧张以及“碳达峰、碳中和”目标背景下,构建以清洁能源为主的工业园区能源系统,具有节能减排、提高能效水平的重要意义。考虑多能互补和不同类型储能,提出一种智慧园区能源系统优化运行方法。分析工业园区负荷特性与需求,结合不同类型的储能配置,建立工业园区能源系统模型;综合考虑园区能源系统投资成本、负荷需求、能源利用率、电/冷/热储能、季节性需求、分时电价构建优化目标,以年收益最大为目标,提出一种结合 BP 神经网络与分支定界法的优化运行模型。以某园区为验证对象,相比于传统的园区热电联产模式,提出的智慧园区能源系统优化运行方法能有效地提高清洁能源利用率 8%,减少碳排放,提升能源系统的经济效益。 关键词:多能互补;清洁能源;储能配置;节能减排;智慧园区 Optimal Operation Method for Power System of Multi-energy Complement Smart Park WU Xiaomin, GUO Yu, ZHENG Jingwen, LING Zaixun (State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd.
