研究报告 （2025 年第 3 期 总第 53 期） 2025 年 3 月 18 日 绿色金融的发展现状、挑战及与普惠金融、养老金融的融合发展研究 清华大学五道口金融学院财富管理研究中心 张晓燕 张远远 【摘要】面对全球气候变化的严峻挑战，绿色金融已成为应对气候变化风险、促进经济绿色低碳转型及可持续发展的重要工具。随着投资者环保意识的日益增强及政府政策的积极推动，中国绿色金融市场快速发展。绿色信贷、绿色债券、绿色股票等金融产品不断创新与丰富，绿色股票指数和碳排放权交易市场也取得了显著进展，为市场注入了新的活力。然而，绿色金融发展仍面临信息披露不充分、绿色低碳科技融资难、投资者认知有限、人才短缺以及国际合作不足等挑战。针 对这些挑战，本报告提出了建立全球统一的 ESG/气候信息披露标准、构建多元化融资渠道、加强投资者教育、培养绿色金融专业人才以及深化国际合作等解决方案。此外，报告还探讨了绿色金融与普惠金融、养老金融的融合发展路径，体现了在促进经济可持续发展中绿色金融与其他金融领域的协同效应，展示了绿色金融在促进经济可持续发展中的广阔前景。 Research Report March 18, 2025 Research on the Development Status, Challenges, and Integration of Green Finance with Inclusive Finance and Pension Finance Research Center for Wealth Management, PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University Zhang Xiaoyan Zhang Yuanyuan Abstract: Amid the pressing challenges of global climate change, green finance has become a vital instrument for managing climate risks, facilitating the transition to a low-carbon economy, and promoting sustainable development.
