2025.8FORESTRY ECONOMICS绿色金融对林业碳汇的影响研究——以广东省为例刘会成，马晓淇，王 健，吴静怡（广东金融学院保险学院 广州 510521）摘 要：在“双碳”目标持续推进背景下，林业碳汇作为兼具生态与经济双重价值的减排路径，已成为实现碳中和目标的重要手段。然而，林业碳汇项目长期面临资金短缺、市场机制不健全、金融支持不足等瓶颈，迫切需要绿色金融的支持和服务，探究绿色金融对林业碳汇的作用机制，有助于更高效地推动绿色低碳转型。基于广东省 2011—2020 年省级面板数据，文章运用熵权-TOPISIS法和蓄积量法分别测算绿色金融发展水平和林业碳汇量，运用 OLS回归模型探究绿色金融发展对林业碳汇的影响效应。结果表明：（1）绿色金融对林业碳汇有显著正向影响，经稳健性检验后，结论依然成立；（2）脉冲响应分析结果显示，绿色金融对林业碳汇的影响虽具有波动性，但从长远角度来看基本为正向影响，说明无论从历史数据还是预测结果来看，绿色金融发展对林业碳汇的发展具有促进作用；（3）研发投入对林业碳汇具有显著正向驱动作用，而对外开放、林业发展水平等则呈负向效应。文章以广东省为例，拓展了绿色金融对林业碳汇影响的实证研究，提出政策启示：应加快健全林业碳汇相关制度体系、开发配套的金融产品及优化产业结构等。关键词：林业碳汇；绿色金融；碳金融；碳汇经济 文献标识码：Ａ 文章编号：1673-338X（2025）8-014-14Research on the impact of green finance on forestry carbon sink——a case study of Guangdong ProvinceLIU Huicheng, MA Xiaoqi, WANG Jian, WU Jingyi（School of Insurance, Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, Guangzhou 510521）Abstract：Against the backdrop of the continuous promotion of the "dual carbon" goals, forestry carbon sink, as an emission reduction path with dual ecological and economic value, has become an important means to achieve carbon neutrality goal.
