专题与综述- 146 -煤矿企业碳达峰碳中和方案——以陕西陕煤澄合矿业有限公司为例赵 洁，王 蜜*（陕西陕煤澄合矿业有限公司，陕西 澄城 715200）摘要： 根据我国2030年达到碳排放峰值，争取在2060年前实现碳中和的总体规划，作为主要的能源产业和重点减排产业，煤炭行业需根据自身情况，以时间为节点制订碳中和碳达峰方案。煤炭企业碳排放一般来自企业用电、终端用煤和煤层气排放等方面，应当通过提高生产效率，淘汰落后产能、减少煤炭消费，使用清洁能源、合理利用煤层气、提升生态碳汇能力等措施控制和降低碳排放量。结合国家总体规划和企业总体规划，煤炭企业应将时间节点划分为2030年前的尽快达峰阶段，2030-2050年加速脱碳阶段和2050-2060年的决胜达标阶段，在这三个阶段内，合理制定各种措施，定时进行评估和推进，确保任务的顺利完成。关键词： 碳达峰；碳中和；煤炭企业；碳排放源；措施；时间节点The carbon emission peak carbon neutralization program of coal enterprise——taking Shaanxi Shaanxi Coal Chenghe Mining Co.,Ltd.as an exampleZhao Jie, Wang Mi*(Shaanxi Shaanxi Coal Chenghe Mining Co.,Ltd.,Chengcheng 715200,China)Abstract: Under the master plan for China to reach the peak of carbon emission in 2030 and strive to achieve carbon neutralization by 2060,as a major energy industry and key emission reduction industry,the coal industry needs to prepare carbon neutralization and carbon peaking schemes with time as nodes according to their own conditions.Generally,the carbon emissions of coal enterprises come from electricity consumption,terminal coal and coal-bed methane emissions,so the following measures should be implemented: improve the production effi ciency and shut down outdated production facilities,reduce coal consumption and use clean energy,coalbed methane should be rationally utilized,take measures to control and reduce carbon emissions,such as improving the capacity of ecological carbon sinks,etc.Based on the national and enterprise overall plans,the coal ente...
