低碳发展案例汇编 | 前言 1 Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) This Resource Guide has been written and published with the financial and technical support from the China Climate Leadership Academy (CLA) Program of the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC). The China CLA is a program of ISC’s U.S. – China Partnership for Climate Action, a public-private partnership with funding from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and company foundations. The China CLA program supports local government officials in their low carbon planning and implementation activities. ISC was founded in 1991, over the years, ISC has become recognized as a market leader that connects civic participation with environmental problem solving. Whether we are building the capacity of sustainability or helping cities reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, we remain true to that history, and continue to empower citizens to respond to a variety of challenges with integrated, sustainable, community-driven programs.
